J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) It is not in dispute that the lands subject matter of this appeal are covered by the same 4(1) notifications dated 12.04.2012 and 30.07.2012 and they are also subject matters of Award Nos.1 to 7. 2.While dealing with the connected appeals arising out of the very same land acquisition proceedings in A.S.No.751 of 2018 etc. batch, we had, on 11.10.2023, fixed the compensation at Rs.2,23,813/- per cent. Hence, this appeal is allowed in part, the compensation is fixed at Rs.2,23,813/- per cent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3.The claimants would be entitled to all statutory benefits namely, Market value + 30% solatium + additional amount payable under Section 23(1-A) along with interest at 9% for the first one year from the date of taking possession and 15% thereafter till date of payment.
