MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the deceased second appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant in both the appeals respectively.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) who undertakes to file vakalat for the deceased sole appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents, who has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
