JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The order of the Writ Court dated 05.02.2018 passed in W.P.No.37014 of 2005, directing regularization of the services of the sole respondent herein, is under challenge in the present Writ Appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants would submit that the sole respondent had died and they are unable to trace the whereabouts of her legal heirs. In spite of several opportunities, no effective steps have been taken up to implead the legal heirs.
