The order under challenge in the present revision is a conditional order directing the petitioner herein to deposit rental arrears of Rs.36,000/- Though the petitioner had raised several grounds, he had submitted that he would produce a demand draft for a sum of Rs.36,000/- before this Court, which came to be recorded on 03.01.2019. Subsequently, further

opportunity was given on 21.01.2019 to produce the demand draft for Rs.36,000/- and as a last opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports that he has no proper instructions from the respondent herein. Since the order under challenge itself is a conditional order to deposit a sum of Rs.36,000/- and that in view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, that he would produce a demand draft has also not complied with, no indulgence is required to the petitioner herein.

2. On this short ground, the present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
