MURUGAMANICHAM Senior Counsel for M/S.ZEENATH BEGUM Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking an order of ad interim injunction restraining the second respondent from alienating the suit scheduled mentioned property which is the subject matter in O.S.No.72 of 2012, on the file of Sub Court, Bhavani, pending disposal of the above Second Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2.Considering the fact that any sale pending appeal would be hit by the principles of lis pendens, there is no necessity to grant any order of injunction as prayed for. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
