2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the connected appeals emanating against the common order involving similar factual findings were dismissed.

3. In such view of the matter, we are inclined to dismiss this appeal. However, liberty is given to the appellants to file an application to set aside the order, if so advised. This appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.
