Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.NALLIAPPAN, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- It is admitted that the property has already been sold in favour of third parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed a petition to implead the purchaser of the property as a party and hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
