(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- deposited in this Court by virtue of the order dated 19.08.2010 passed in M.P.No.1 of 2010 in O.S.A.No.256 of 2010.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the disposal of the appeal, confirming the order of the learned single Judge, the entire award amount has been paid to the respondent. Consequently, the deposit made in pursuant to the interim order passed, while imposing condition, may be permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection.

4. Considering the above, particularly, in the light of the submission made that the award amount has been satisfied, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited in pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, which is lying on the file of this Court. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
