The learned counsel for the tenant would submit that they did not file the affidavit undertaking to vacate by 30.06.2021 because the petitioner had chosen to challenge the order passed in the Revision Petitions by way of a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He would also state that he had advised the tenant that filing of an affidavit undertaking to vacate by a particular date in this Court would not prevent him from moving the Special Leave Petition. The counsel for the tenant seeks extension of time to file such affidavit. Mr.Rajarajan, learned counsel for the tenant would submit that he will file affidavit by 04.01.2021.

2. Considering the statement, the time granted for filing affidavit is extended till 04.01.2021.
