Order : This Miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.K.V.GUHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.PAUL AND PAUL, Advocate for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The petitioner/appellant seeks an order of interim injunction. 2.It is seen from the records that the suit filed for specific performance was dismissed and the main relief sought for by the petitioner was rejected, however, a direction has been issued to the respondent to return the advance amount.

4.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that an application has been filed under Order 41 Rule 27 of C.P.C, but it has not yet been numbered. Hence, post the matter after four weeks.
