The limited prayer sought for in the present application is for a direction of speedy disposal of the O.P.No.4197 of 2012 filed for
divorce by the wife.
2. It is seen from the adjudication orders that in the main petition which came to be filed on 19.11.2012, the case was posted for enquiry on 29.01.2018 and thereafter, there is much progress in the petition. As such it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the proceedings.
3. In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to expedite the proceedings in O.A.No. 4197 of 2012 and complete the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No costs.
