CMP.No.12000 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 6 to 9 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd appellant.

2. CMP.No.11169 of 2021 are filed to bring on record the petitioners 12 to 14 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 4th appellant.

3. CMP.No.5948 & 5949 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 2929 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd Appellant and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd Appellant.

4. CMP.No.5950 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the 7th petitioner herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd appellant

5. Heard both sides.

6. The above petitions are filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellants 2, 3 and 4 and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant and to condone the delay of 2929 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant.
