When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.01.2021, since there was no representation for the appellant continuously on earlier occasions namely, 16.10.2020, 05.11.2020, 20.11.2020 and 14.12.2020, the same was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation for the appellant either by counsel or by herself which shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the appeal is liable to be dismissed and the same is dismissed for default. No costs.
