J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for hearing on July 21, 2025, Ms.Vasudha Thiagarajan, learned Counsel on record for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant, namely P.G.Lakshminarayanan, passed away on December 24, 2018 and she prayed time to file necessary application to bring on record the legal heirs / legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. In the meantime, she has also filed a Memo dated July 13, 2025 to that effect.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. However, Mr.A.Jotheeswaran, learned Counsel on record for the respondents 2 and 6 and Mr.R.Thanjan, learned Counsel on record for the respondents 3 to 5 are before this Court. 3.The Memo dated July 13, 2025 filed by the learned Counsel for the appellant is taken on file.
