2.Today, the learned counsel has filed affidavit of service indicating that the 3rd respondent received notice on 05.12.2018.

Therefore, the service on all the respondents is complete. No one entered appearance through counsel.

3.This application is filed to condone the delay of 246 days in filing the appeal.

4.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit that the appellant was not keeping good health and therefore, unable to follow up the matter with her counsel for obtaining the certified copy of the orders, etc., and after she had recovered, she contacted them and got necessary copies for filing the Second Appeal and in that process, the delay has occurred, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
