C.M.P.No.3867 of 2023 in CMA.SR.No.45149 of 2017 M.DHANDAPANI. J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1341 days in filing the CMA.

2. The affidavit filed in support of this petition has been perused and on being satisfied with reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. However the petitioner not entitled for interest for above said period.

3. Accordingly this petition is allowed.
