When the matter came up for hearing on 14.12.2023, the learned counsel for the appellants, who entered appearance for the appellants filed a memo stating that he handed over the papers to the appellants along with change of vakalat, even four months back.

Since there was no representation for the appellants on 14.12.2023 the Registry was directed to delete the names of the counsel and list the matter under caption "for dismissal" by printing the name of the appellants. Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" by printing the name of the appellants. Even today, there is no representation for the appellants.
