This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time limit by six months to enable the petitioner herein to get the common order dated 11.04.2018 passed in C.M.A.No.4167 of 2008 reviewed and to deposit the balance amount of Rs.20,00,000/- if necessary with interest and costs as directed in the said common order.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
