These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1183 days, seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd Respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the Respondents 4 to 6 as legal representatives of the the deceased 2nd Respondent.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered.
