ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed against the order dated 06.01.2018 passed by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge , Tindivanam, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Order VIII, Rule 9 of CPC seeking to receive additional written statement.
2. When this revision petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit has been decreed on 10.02.2020 against the defendant and therefore, nothing survives in this revision for further adjudication.
