ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed praying to direct the District Munsif Court, Namakkal to take up the trial of the OS.No.62 of 2016 and dispose of the same within the stipulated period.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the learned District Munsif, Namakkal is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.62 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
