(Xerox Copy attached in Schedule of Property) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KINGSON JEROLD, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from alienating the property by making encumbrances, like sale deed, settlement deed, release, conveyance, gift or like nature in the schedule mentioned property subject matter in O.S.No.8004 of 2011 on the file of VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai dated 18.04.2018, pending disposal of the above Appeal.
2. Considering the fact that any sale pending appeal would be hit by the principles of lis pendens and also the affidavit filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
