The limited prayer sought for in the revision petitions is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the First Appeals as expeditiously as possible.
2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the arguments have already been commenced.
3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Namakkal to dispose the First Appeals bearing A.S.Nos. 16 of 2015, 54 of 2016, 14 of 2015, 15 of 2015, 51 of 2016 and 52 of 2016, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
