2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.02.2019, the revision petitioners in these petitions have filed an affidavit, dated 14.02.2019, undertaking to vacate the premises within the expiry of 5 months from the date of affidavit viz.

14.02.2019. They have also undertaken to pay the rents without any demur and.

Further, they have undertaken not to sublet the premises to any third party.

Accordingly, the aforesaid compliance is hereby recorded.
