JUDGMENT

When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
