2.Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no notice is necessary for the first respondent and Mrs.R.Sree Vidhya takes Notice for the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and second respondent.

4.Considering the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the delay of 275 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
