This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ranipet, Vellore District and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that, both the petitioner and respondent are living together from 17.12.2018 onwards in Arcot. Further, the respondent [husband] has also filed a compromise memo to that effect before this Court.

3. In view of the fact that the dispute between the petitioner and respondent was settled amicably, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent seeks permission to withdraw this Petition as not pressed and they had also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
