This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 36 in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.C.Prabhakaran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of R1 to R4.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 36 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly,C.M.P.No.20428 of 2022 is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.C.Prabhakaran, learned counsel appearing for R1 to R4 in the cause list, at the time of admission.
