Respondents PRAYER: Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.2974 of 2003 before the Tamilnadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, petition has been transferred and renumbered as W.P.No.13560 of 2007. Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the proceedings of the first respondent herein in EDRC No.E1/1563/2002 dated 25.08.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to promote him as per the seniority list released on 19.02.1987 for the B.T.Assistants.
