Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in P.R.No.165/2002 dated 26.2.2003 and the proceedings of the second respondent in C.No.D.1(2) P.R.No.165/002 dated 29.04.2003 and quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent to reinstate the applicant with all attendant benefits including backwages and seniority.
