Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the panel of post Graduate Assistants issued for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary Headmaster issued in the proceedings of the first respondent dated 18.06.2003 Ref.No.Nil and quash the same as far as Applicants juniors are concerned and further direct the Respondent to include the names of the petitioners as serial no.122-P.Vellaisamy, 118-Sobitha, 117-V.Krishnamurthy, 115-A.Manivannan, 119-P.Jeevaccha, 120-Umachitra, 116-Lochana and to promote them as Higher Secondary Headmaster from the date on which their juniors were promoted and to award consequential benefits.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.06.2003 and for consequential directions.
