c) to award the cost of the suit.

JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing on 13.12.2023, the learned counsel for the plaintiff represented that he has no instructions from his client and hence, this Court directed the Registry to remove the name of the counsel for the plaintiff and print the name of the plaintiff in the cause list and post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.12.2023. Even today (14.12.2023), the plaintiff is not appeared before this Court. Hence, the Civil Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.
