CMP.Nos.17397 & 17399 of 2018 CMP.Nos.17397 & 17399 of 2018 in SA.No.1822 of 2003 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 194 days in filing the application to restore the second Appeal in SA.No.1822 of 2003 and set aside the exparte order of dismissal of the said second appeal, which was dismissed for default on 02.02.2018.

2. When the matter was posted on 12.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner as such the petitions were ordered to be posted on 13.12.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 13.12.2019, no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, these civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
