When the above Review Application was posted for admission, the learned counsel, who had appeared for the petitioner in C.R.P.(PD).No.1565 of 1999, had also appeared. After arguing the matter at length, the parties decided to settle the dispute by the revision petitioner granting five months time from date to the respondent/Review petitioner to vacate the petitioner's premises. It is made clear that if the respondent/review petitioner does not vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2019, the petitioner is at liberty to forthwith file execution proceedings without notice to the respondent.
