Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SARAVANAN SOWMIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2018. Only notice through Court as well as privately was ordered on 01.11.2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
