The order passed in I.A.No.229 of 2015 is one under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC. As such, an appeal alone would lie against the order. Hence, the revision against the order returning the appeal papers in AS.SR.No.2585 of 2018 dated 18.08.2018 is not proper.

2. In view of the same, the order passed in I.A.No.21 of 2018 is set aside, with a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengelput to take up the application in I.A.No.21 of 2018 on file and pass appropriate orders on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
