It is seen from the docket orders that this matter was adjourning from 24.09.2020 to 07.12.2020, but there was no representation for the petitioner. However, on several occasions, none appeared either for the petitioner or for the respondent, this Court directed the Registry to list the case once again on 11.01.2021.

klt 2.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The very same state of affairs continues till date.
