ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed in I.A. No.11 of 2018 in O.S. No.1703 of 2015 on the file of XVIII Adiitional City Court, Chennai. The said application was filed in pursuance to the orders of this Court in CRP Nos.4707 of 2017, 4747 of 2017 and 4478 of 2017, which are filed seeking for an extension of time for complying with the orders passed in I.A. Nos.7 to 10 of 2017, dated 10.06.2017. The revisions were disposed of, with the

directions to the defendant / revision petitioner to approach the trial Court with an application for extending the time for paying the cost of Rs.4000/-. It was this application that was moved in I.A. No.11 of 2018. The learned XVIII Additional Civil Judge, XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai had dismissed the application only on the ground that there were no revision petitions against the order in I.A. No.7 of 2017 and hence, the Court below had dismissed the same purerly on techincal grounds.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the defendant has paid the costs of Rs.4,000/- by way of cash to the learned counsel for the respondent /plaintiff. The revision therefore, stands allowed, The applications in I.A. No.7 to I.A. No.10 of 2017 stands restored to file.

3. The learned XVIII Adiitional City Civil Judge, Chennai shall dispose of the application in I.A. No.11 of 2018 on or before 30.04.2019. No costs.
