2. The petitioner seeks direction for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.4619 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned VI Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3.The direction is sought for on the ground that the marital dispute is pending for the past 4 years and the petitioner and her minor son are put to untold suffering. Divorce is sought by the husband on the ground of cruelty.

4. I find some reasonableness in the request of the petitioner.
