O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Docket order dated 26.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.94 of 2017 in W.C.No.129 of 2013 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Chennai, thereby dismissing the application to receive the additional documents.

2. A perusal of the order passed by the Court below revealed that the application was dismissed for the reason that it was objected by the respondent. There is no reason stated by the Court below to dismissed the said application. It is a non speaking order.

3. Hence, the Order dated 26.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.94 of 2017 in W.C.No.129 of 2013 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Chennai is set aside. I.A.No.94 of 2017 is remanded back to the Court below for a fresh consideration. The Court below is directed to pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No order as to costs.
