ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 04.04.2018 made in I.A.No.27 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2014 on the file of the Hon'ble Court of Sub-ordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 10.11.2022, the revision petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.3,77,000/- in full to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent confirms that he has received a draft in the name of the petitioner for a sum of Rs.92,000/- which was the balance payable as per the order of this Court.

4. Therefore, the Trial Court is directed to comply with the directions given by this Court in the aforesaid order. Compliance is recorded.

5. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 06.07.2023 Index: Yes/ No Speaking Order / Non-Speaking Order nr
