The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.32 of 2017 pending on the file of Family Court, Salem and to transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode.
2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw this Transfer civil miscellaneous petition. In this regard, she made an endorsement in the petition.
3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
