MANJULA CMP No.18138 of 2018 in AS.664/2018 C.KUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs P.SIVASUBRAMANIAM [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant stay of the execution of the decree of the II Addl Dist and sessions judge of Tiruppur dt 28/02/2018 in OS No.159/2015 (CMP.NO.18138/2018) pending disposal of the AS.664/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SURESH, FOR MR.NICHOLAS, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The defendant is the appellant. The suit has been decreed for recovery of amount.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court on 26.10.2018 has been complied with.

In such view of the matter, the interim order granted is made absolute and the respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
