(i)Petitions Under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent control Act 1960) against the Judgment and Decree in RCA No.12 of 2012 dated 08/06/2018 passed by the appellate authority cum Sub Ordinate Judge Kancheepuram and confirming the Order and Decreetal order in RCOP No.06/2007 dated 12.03.2012 passed by the Rent Controller of Kancheepuram (in CRP.NPD.NO.3718/18)and;
(ii) To grant stay of all further proceedings in Judgment and Decree in RCA No.12 of 2012 dated 08.06.2018 passed by the appellate authority cum Sub Ordinate Judge Kancheepuram and confirming the Order and Decreetal order in RCOP No.06/2007 dated 12.03.2012 passed by the Rent Controller of Kancheepuram (in CMP.No.20706/18) pending disposal of the CRP.NPD.NO.3718/18 respectively.
