The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.35/2011 has been dismissed and the plaintiff is also preferred an appeal and the same is pending. 2.

This revision is filed against an order in I.A.No.216/2018 which is an application filed under Order 12 Rule 8, seeking production of documents.

In view of fact that the suit itself has now been dismissed nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
