This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 20.08.2018 made in E.A.No.17 of 2018 in E.A.No.94 of 2017 in E.P.No.88 of 2004 in O.S.No.1701 of 2001 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
