2. Mr.T.L.Thirumalaisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself has been disposed of pending these Civil Revision Petitions and hence, these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous.
3. Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
