Pursuant to the order passed in RCA No.30 of 2015 dated 17.07.2018, the respondent/landlord has taken possession of the petition 1/4
premises vide delivery order passed by the Court on 06.10.2018. The Execution Court has terminated the execution petition with an endorsement that as per ameen report possession delivered on 12.10.2018 and the delivery was recorded and the same was substantiated by the endorsement of the revision petitioner/tenant that the petition premises has been vacated and handed over to the respondent/landlord. The typed set filed by the respondent is taken on record.
Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If at all the petitioner found that the submission is not correct, it is open to him to revive this Civil Revision Petition by filing suitable application. No costs.
