The Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the orders dated 07.07.2018 in IA.Nos.263 & 264 of 2017 in OS.No. 240 of 1994 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Vellore. 4/7
2. The Civil Revision Petitions have been kept pending totally ignoring the fact that PW1 had already recalled and examined on 03.10.2018.
3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
4. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 1994, the learned Additional Sub Judge, Vellore is directed to dispose of the suit, within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
