C.M.P.No.17689 of 2018 in AS.No.(SR).74549 of 2018 P.T. ASHA, J, This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for condoning the delay of 763 days in filing the above Appeal.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned on payment on Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondent.

The said amount has also been paid across the bar to the learned counsel for the respondent. The delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
